I just finished trimming my beard and I could not be happier. I have always had issues getting my beard even after I trim it up, this makes it very easy. All you need to do is adjust the strap and the location of the Beard Shaper on your neck for how much you want to trim off (I used the two finger above the Adams apple rule). Once you have it in place simply trim and you're done. It only took me about 20 seconds where in the past without the Shaper it was serval minutes and multiple attempts to ensure both sides are even.
Finally-- Someobody got it Right! The hardest part to having a great looking beard is getting the neckline right. I never have been able to get it right. either its a grizzly neck beard or a way too high cheesy jersey shore looking thing. finally this product took the guess work out. I lined it up about 2 fingers above the adams apple and the sides came out perfect-- I only did this on 1 week stubble so Im looking forward to see how it fills in!! The Packaging is top notch with 2 different color bands, the guide, instructions, a nice little catalog, and a killer freebie A very nice genuine leather keychain -- this is the best thing ive bought in a long time!!
Ive got all kinds of these objects, but this one works
Awesome! Been waiting for a product like this a longggg time. I originally did the lines on my cheeks and neck freehand. Took me forever to shave, like over an hour and the results were not even that great. My wife has said that going beardless was not an option, so I started looking for tools to cut down on the time it took to keep my beard looking clean. I first bought a cheap metal beard tool from ebay for my cheek lines. It was ok, but definitely an improvement over freehand. Then I upgraded to the Aberlite ClearShaper. Much better and after some practice using it my cheek lines were even better in a fraction of the time. My trick is to use the barber pencil to mark the line first and then use a straight razor. However, my neck line was still taking forever as there were no products for that. For a long time I was thinking of creating my own, but I never got around to it. The other day I googled again for a neckline tool and alas stumbled upon this Aberlite FlexShaper! Its pretty expensive for what the materials are, but its the idea youre paying for in my opinion. This was a much simpler design than the one I was thinking to make for myself. And the first time I tried it I was sooo happy with how it worked. The eyeliner pencil I use for my cheeks does not work on the neck due to longer hairs, so I use a trimmer which kind of irritates my skin especially if I go back over it with a straight razor. I will keep experimenting, but Im very happy I finally have a product to quickly to a perfect line on my neck. I would highly recommend this product. Now it takes me like 10 minutes to trim my beard and get perfect lines on my cheek and neck. Awesome!
