We don't charge any restocking fees as long as the product is returned at your own expense—in good condition in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email support@aberlite.com for the return address. 

• 30 Days to 2 Years Warranty: We will replace your defective units with a brand new one after receiving your return. To request a warranty claim, please email support@aberlite.com with your Order ID.

For the Aberlite Luxe Painless IPL Hair Removal Device:

• 90 Days Worry-free Money Back Guarantee: Enjoy an extended 90-day risk-free trial. Within the first 90 days of your purchase, you are allowed to return your products for a full refund.  We don't charge any restocking fees as long as the product is returned at your own expense—in good condition in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email support@aberlite.com for the return address.
