Returns & Exchanges Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please email us at support@aberlite.com with your Order ID to receive the return address and instructions.

• Returns: We will refund the price of the product upon receiving it in its original box and original, resellable condition. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is deemed defective. Refunds are processed once we receive the return package.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within the 30-day window. All shipping fees for exchanges must be covered by the customer, and any difference in product costs for exchanges will be netted.
