Please be informed that we won’t refund the original shipping fee and your return shipping fee if the product is not defective. The product must be returned with its original box. Upon receiving the the Flex we will refund you the price of the product.

1. Can I use Flex on both my face and body?

Yes. Flex is built for facial grooming (beard trimming, shaving, edging) and body grooming (chest, arms, legs, armpits, groin) alike. For hygiene, we recommend using separate guards for face and body, or cleaning thoroughly between uses.

2. Is Flex safe to use in the shower?

Yes, Flex is IPX6 waterproof and safe for shower use — but only cordlessly. Don't run it under water while it's plugged in, and keep water out of the USB-C charging port.

3. Can I use Flex on wet or dry hair?

Both. Dry hair gives the most precise trim results. For shaving, you can go dry or use gel/foam for extra comfort, especially in sensitive areas.

4. How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to charge?

A full 2-hour charge gives you 90-150 minutes of runtime, depending on hair type and thickness.

5. Which guard should I use?

Flex comes with three guards: 1mm for close stubble and tight body trims, 3mm for light stubble or regular body trimming, and 5mm for longer stubble or beard shaping. Start longer and adjust down — you can always trim more, but you can't add length back.

6. Can Flex give me a completely smooth shave?

Yes. Remove the guard and the oscillating blade can deliver a close, smooth shave on both face and body. If you're looking for an even closer, razor-smooth finish, the Aberlite Touch 2 foil shaver is purpose-built for that and pairs well with Flex as part of a full grooming routine.

7. How do I clean Flex after use?

Turn it off, remove the guard, rinse the blade and guard under warm water for about 15 seconds, then shake off excess water and let everything air dry. Don't towel-dry the blade — that can damage it.

8. How often do I need to replace the blade?

About every 4 months, or sooner if you notice pulling, reduced cutting performance, or visible wear on the blade's indicator strip.

9. Can I use Flex while it's charging?

Yes, corded operation is fine — just not in the shower or under running water while it's plugged in.
